being happy is something that requires practice...but once you're good at it...there's no stopping ya.
that's by me...well...im not very gd at being happy i gota admit.but in these 3 days ive made progress!everybody together now...smile!honestly...'forcing' yourself to smile MIGHT not make things better for yourself...it shld but in the case it doesnt...its still good to SMILE even if ur feeling horrible...cos your smile might actually brighten someone else's day...it wld definitely make less people worry for u...its gona make the world a better place!imagine if everyone..every single person was smiling at the same time for jsut a second...wat a wonderful world:)
